ALNIS STAKLE
Daugavpils, photographer, teacher
Born in 1975 in Latvia. Graduated from Daugavpils University in 1998. In 2002 completed MA in environmental education, Daugavpils University.
Alnis is a lecturer of photography in Art and Music faculty, Daugavpils University.
He is a member of the board of experts of Latvian Museum of Photography in Riga and the expert on visual arts at the Culture Capital Foundation Latvia.
He was a participant at the World Press Photo Joop Swart masterclass in 2004. His works appeared in Foto&Video, IMAGO, Shots, Imago, Eyemazing, Royal Arts Academy Magazine, Source, Foto Kvartals, DAY 4. His solo exhibitions were shown in Latvia, the Netherlands, Greece, Slovakia, UK, Germany and Russia.
