OR EDU

NEW WORKSHOPS APPROACHING FAST

Before we announce the masters line-up for the forthcoming workshops, we wanted to tell you about some major changes in application process and workshops schedule.

In the fall of 2010 [OR]EDU will open its workshops to applicants worldwide which means that from now our workshops are not limited to participants from Russia and the CIS.
We encourage applications from working professionals with broad backgrounds and specializations in photography and multimedia (including documentary and art photographers, photo editors, multimedia producers and journalists) as well as from students seriously studying visual storytelling from all over the world. Most importantly, we are looking for storytellers with exciting project ideas and narratives to tell!

Please, note that all [OR]EDU workshops are free!
Application process requires you to:
_Register on the website and upload your profile - you have to do it only once and then you can edit your profile whenever you like
_Pass a portfolio review by [OR]EDU staff to make sure you qualify for the general professional or advanced student level
_Apply for a workshop of your choice if you are granted an Applicant status

We have eliminated the competition process to apply for the workshops in its traditional sense. From now on there will be no single deadline to apply for the whole workshops session. Each workshop will have its own application deadline and requirements. You can register today and wait until an interesting workshop comes along.

Please, check our announcements on the front page to keep track of the upcoming events.
The next online workshops will be held in October-December 2010.
We will run long-term workshops in Editorial/Media Market, Art Projects, Multimedia Production and Personal Projects with world renowned photographers and industry professionals.
Masters will be announced by the end of September.
